What I Do…
My goal has been to offer healing on the many levels we may feel pain; mental, physical and emotional. In all these parts of our lives we can become paralysed, haunted, restricted or trapped. My aim is to listen, to understand and then help provide the freedom to feel joy in your life once again.
We all have the potential to be our ‘best selves’. I will work with you to empower you to find your way to that. To eliminate unwanted habits and to help you back to your rightful, fun, loving, successful life. All this is achieved through healing practices such as Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and Counselling
The treatment I will offer will be tailored to you as an individual. I will draw upon a number of different areas of expertise I have learnt and perfected over the last 25 years. Some of the areas I will use are as follows…
Energy Healing
The human body and our emotions are affected by our energy body. Energy healing works on the Bio electric field or Aura and can ease pain, enable you to relax deeply and calm emotions allowing the physical body and energy replica to heal. It is not a treatment for illness or disease, but a complimentary therapy that increases the body’s own natural healing ability. I use Usui Reiki, Sound and Crystal Healing, Aura, and Chakra alignment.
Energy Clearing
Energy can become stagnant and trapped in objects and spaces as well as in people. It is recorded in the walls, floor, ceiling, and furniture. Repetitive actions and behaviours are imprinted, and events accompanied by strong emotions or trauma are the most strongly imprinted of all. Space clearing happens in a matter of hours and changes the entire energy of a space, literally ‘lifting the spirits’ of the occupants.
Hypnotherapy
Many of our problems are not conscious but actually subconscious problems. Anytime you want a change but can’t achieve it, Hypnotherapy can help with this. As a nationally acredited Clinical Hypnotherapist, I work with areas such as PTSD, releasing trauma and reducing anxiety, weight management, smoking, confidence, self-esteem enhancement and more.
Counselling
Sometimes we only want someone to talk to, to be heard with no judgment. Someone to listen, gaining clarity as we hear our own words. Or together, we can discover new perspectives, solutions to challenges. There is always a way forward.
