Adelle Pink Healing
Healing does not mean the damage never existed. It means the damage no longer controls our lives.
This is the essence of my work, to empower each of us to take back control of our responses and our feelings so they no longer limit us.
Many of us have faced trauma in our lives, be it on a conscious or unconscious level. This trauma can affect our behaviours and responses to many everyday situations. These behaviours can manifest themselves in repeating patterns, limit our positive experiences, affect the choices that we make and weaken our self-belief. Most importantly they can limit the joy and love we feel each day.
This defines my work. To help my clients take back control of these responses and behaviours and become the person they want to be.
For the last 25 years I have studied and developed my craft of bringing healing to all of my clients.

Can a hypnosist make me do things I don’t want?
The short answer is No.
This is one of the common misunderstandings about hypnosis and is probably tied in with another misconception that the hypnotherapist has control over the client. This is not the case. People will not do or say anything under hypnosis that they would not do when not in hypnosis. Thanks to TV shows and stage hypnotists, there is a common misconception that you can be hypnotised against your will. It is not true. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
How safe is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state similar to daydreaming or the state we are in just prior to waking. Dr Louie P Thorpe, Professor Emeritus, University of Southern California, in his book The Psychology of Mental Health, writes: ‘Hypnotism is a natural phenomenon, and there are no known deleterious effects from its use.’
