WhO I AM…
Adelle is a committed, caring and supportive person whose main aim is to empower people to help themselves. She grew up in a household in Melbourne where the healing world was a normal part of life. This provided the freedom for Adelle to discover a passionate interest in learning about the different ways that we can provide healing to each other. She has worked with all age groups from children through to adults and the elderly. The common theme has been helping people who are dealing with trauma.
In 2009 she qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher, the highest level attainable. She has studied mind, body and spirit healing in many different forms all her life and is one of a small number of Australians who is qualified to practice Signature Cell Healing, which originates from Hawaii.
Since 2016 Adelle has been studying hypnotherapy. Starting with an advanced diploma in clinical hypnotherapy Adelle has learnt from some of the best experts in the field. She learnt the Kinetic Shift Technique to help clients with PTSD from the UK Hypnosis Academy as well as learning how to handle pain relief from Freddy Jacquin at the Jacquin Hypnosis Academy.
Over the last few years Adelle has spent a considerable amount of time perfecting the Simpson Protocol. She initially studied the topic before moving on to graduate with an Advanced Diploma before now becoming a certified practitioner. This technique represents a profound breakthrough in Hypnosis. It is already begun to revolutionize therapies to individualize them for each client by allowing each client’s Super-Conscious Mind to do the work.
In 2019 Adelle saw a great opportunity to support her work through Counselling. She initially graduated from the Australian Hypnotherapist Association with a Diploma of Counselling and is currently studying a Cert 4 in Mental Health Support and Recovery at Swinburne University.
Finally Adelle has also spent time working with the amazing Raise Mentoring Program. Based in high schools, they provide young people with a caring, independent volunteer mentor who shows up each week, just for them. The goal is to empower young people through one-to-one support to talk through life’s challenges and help them cope better, today and in the future.
